About these terms These terms are an agreement between you and Savas OÜ (“Savas Games”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Estonia(registry code 14062178, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn, Harju, Estonia 15551). They apply to the games we publish under the Savas Games name and to the website savasgames.com (together, the “Services”). By playing our games or using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you download a game from the App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms also apply. For apps from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. ## 2. Your licence to play We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play our games for your own non-commercial use, on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got them from. ## 3. Fair play When using the Services, please do not: - copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent our games or any part of them; - reverse engineer or decompile the games, except where the law allows it; - cheat, use bots, or interfere with the games, the ads in them or the systems that run them; - use the Services in a way that is unlawful or harms other people. We may suspend access to a game for anyone who seriously breaks these rules. ## 4. Ads Our games are free to play and supported by ads from third parties. We do not control the content of third-party ads or of the websites and apps they lead to. How ad data is handled, and how to change your choices, is explained in our [Privacy Policy](https://savasgames.com/privacy). ## 5. Purchases Our games do not currently sell anything. If we add optional in-app purchases, for example to remove ads, they will be processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund rules. Any virtual items or boosters in our games have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. ## 6. Your progress Your progress is stored on your device. Deleting a game, clearing its data or your browser’s site data, or changing devices can erase it, and we are not able to restore it. ## 7. Our content The games, their characters, artwork, music, sounds and text, and the Savas Games name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the licence in section 2. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. ## 8. Changes and availability We keep improving our games, so features, levels and content can change. We may also stop offering a game or a feature. We work to keep everything running smoothly, but we cannot promise that the Services will always be available or free of errors. ## 9. Our responsibility The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. ## 10. Young players If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, who accepts them on your behalf. ## 11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. ## 12. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the games or on this website. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new terms. ## 13.
